Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan. No credit card is required to start.
What happens if I exceed my seat limit?
Payroll generation is blocked if your active employee count exceeds your plan's seat limit. Upgrade to the next plan at any time to continue.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Does Payday file returns with SARS, NamRA, or SSC for me?
No. Payday calculates, prepares, and reminds — it does not file, pay, or submit statutory returns on your behalf. You are responsible for submitting all returns to the relevant authority.
Are the payroll calculations guaranteed to be correct?
Payday uses versioned, reviewable rule snapshots aligned with published statutory rates. However, all calculations should be verified by a qualified payroll practitioner or tax professional before remitting to any authority. See our disclaimer below.
Which currencies are supported?
Payday Namibia operates in Namibian Dollars (NAD). Payday South Africa operates in South African Rand (ZAR). Cross-currency tenants are not supported in v1.
